Fancy Nancy: Nancy Clancy, Super Sleuth

I read this book on the Tamaki College over drive site. This book is called Fancy Nancy: Nancy Clancy, Super Sleuth. In this first in a series of delightful chapter books, Fancy Nancy takes on the role of detective. When one of Nancy's classmate's most treasured possessions disappear from school, it's up to detective Nancy to solve the mystery and save the day.With the help of her friend Bree, she follows the clues to an unexpected source. Kiwi Can - Taking Risks

In the morning we had Kiwi Can with Miss Latoia, and Mr Malu. The topic for Kiwi Can this week is taking risks. For our energizer we played a game called Bip Bop Bounce Bang. Then we had to get into our Kiwi Can groups A and B. Next we went out side and played a game called hand soccer, we had to hit the ball into the goal and if we kicked the ball it would be a automatic hand over to the other team, and that was our activity for the day.  Then sadly our Kiwi Can lesson was over and we were off to dance.

Two word sentence

In writing we had a look at two word sentences, two word sentences are simple sentences. Using the simple sentence we added in FANBOYS which makes it a complex sentence which joins two simple sentences or ideas together with a connective. Using the complex sentence we used AAWWUIBBIS to make it a compound sentence. 

Recycling Summary

Today in reading we created a DLO with Mrs Anderson. We had to make a summary about the book that we read. The book that we read is called Eco-Rangers save the planet, the illustration is Maria Gill. The people that were in my group was Mishaan, Javeylor, and Sa Kae. I hope that you enjoyed reading our summary about recycling.
